Directions for mixing:

• By the shaker and strainer tea ball:
• 2-4 Tbs of kava to 8oz of water or juice

Made By Gallon:

100 to 130g of kava, 1 gallon of room temperature water in a large bowl, bucket, or traditional wooden bowl. Add water to the vessel. Add kava to a strainer bag or cheesecloth and dip the bag into the water. Massage for about 15 to 20 minutes until you reach your desired potency. This can be used to share multiple cups with friends, family, or yourself. Serve in a coconut shell, or glass, Or store in a gallon jug chilled. Shake before serving.

Shaker ball mixing instructions:

With your kava shaker ball. Pour approximately 2.5 tablespoons of your favorite kava into the larger half of the kava shaker ball. Close the ball and add it to your shaker bottle with your favorite juice or water. Shake for approximately 30 seconds and enjoy the beautiful feelings of mother nature.
